Skilled Carpenter Lead Carpenter

Seamus Build Inc is a rapidly expanding company with over 25 yrs in the building industry. We are a company focused on building high performance energy efficient homes. We mostly work with a local architect. We will also build various smaller high end projects in and around the greater Kingston area.

Qualifications

-Proven experience as an experienced Carpenter
-Proficiency in most carpentry techniques and tools, including framing to finish
-Ability to interpret and follow blueprints and specifications
-Knowledge of building codes and regulations
-Strong attention to detail and precision
-Excellent problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Physical stamina and strength
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-A positive attitude and work ethic
-All required tools
-Reliable, legal transportation
-Be physically able to perform the job of experienced Carpenter
