Job Summary:
This position is responsible for developing the demand in the marketplace, by creating new and maintaining current customers, providing training sessions regarding our product and project management for primarily the Design, Kitchen & Bath Studios, and Fabricator customers and communities. This position is also responsible for promoting products at all Design and Fabricator communities, ensuring all merchandising is up to date.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and selling our products and services to a diverse client base.
Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate and expand market share within your assigned territory, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account growth.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with current and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all sales, product, and service-related inquiries.
Market Development: Identify new customer opportunities, establish initial retail partnerships, and ensure clients have the necessary marketing materials (samples, displays, collateral) to maximize sales.
Brand Advocacy: Promote brand awareness and ensure our products are prominently displayed and understood by all potential customers.
Customer Support & Training: Provide ongoing product training and support to customers, promptly addressing concerns and ensuring their success.
Market Intelligence: Gather and report crucial market intelligence to the Marketing Team to inform strategy and product development.
Promotional Activities: Actively participate in trade shows, industry events (NKBA, ASID, AIA, NARI), and customer entertainment events, utilizing these opportunities to network and generate leads.
Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and customer data within our CRM tool.
Qualifications:
Proven prior experience achieving goals, executing strategic plans, gaining market share, in the same or similar industry
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred
At least 3 years experience within the region for sales of solid surface and quartz
Experience with working with Fabrication/Installation, kitchen dealers/remodelers
Must have valid driver license with clean driving record
Other relevant experience will be considered
