Looking for Entry-Level Welders for Sensor Manufacturing Company in Wallingford, CT!

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr

Position Summary: The Entry-Level Welder will assist in the fabrication and assembly of metalponents used in sensor and electronic manufacturing. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn and grow within a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions of Welding Worker Include:

Perform basic welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and spot welding on small metalponents and assemblies

Follow blues, schematics, and verbal instructions to meet product specifications

Inspect welds for quality and conformance topany standards

Operate and maintain welding tools, fixtures, and equipment

Qualifications:

Technical training or certification in welding preferred, but not required

Basic knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

Previous experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment is a plus
