Construction Manager

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage work packages for vendors, coordinate construction schedules, and resolve field issues to ensure timely project completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Oversee construction activities, including fiber and small cell installations, and manage construction crews.

Prepare and process purchase orders and contractor invoices, and assist with project financials and milestone management.

Communicate effectively with vendors regarding timelines, safety, and billing.

Generate progress reports, track project milestones, and address any obstacles.

Skills Required:

Minimum of 3 years in telecommunications or wireless construction.

Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings.

Strong knowledge of Outside Plant and Small Cell Construction techniques.

Familiarity with test equipment and techniques like OTDR, PIM, and SWEEP.

Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.

Proficient in MS Office, SmartSheets, and Excel.
