Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Scheduler - Data Centers:

- Oversee scheduling for data center construction projects

- Exercise creativity and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems on complex projects

- Review and interpret project plans and specifications

- Utilize 4D visual planning methodologies

- Travel to our client's location as required

- This is a direct hire position

Required Skills for Senior Scheduler - Data Centers:

- Minimum of four (4) years construction experience

- Thorough knowledge of scheduling concepts, principles, practices, and company software

- Strong plan and specification reading, review and interpretation skills

- Working knowledge of 4D visual planning methodologies

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Current driver's license

- Bachelor's degree in construction, Civil, or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field

Compensation Details: $80,000 - 130,000 Annual Salary
