Need 5 Full time, Temporary, Seasonal, Ag Equipment Operators to work in Audubon, MN.
From: 09/01/2025 - 12/02/2025
Work: 50 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day, Sat. 5 hrs./day, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

OVERTIME: As required in Minnesota, all work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. This does not apply to work in North Dakota (ND).
Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) a year. This does not apply to work in North Dakota (ND).
JOB DUTIES:
Crops: Alfalfa hay, wheat and corn
F & P Forages farms approximately 4000 acres of alfalfa hay, wheat and corn. Most of machine and building maintenance is done in house. We need seasonal employee to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. Employees will need to operate tractors, payloaders, farm trucks, and miscellaneous farm equipment. Employees will perform maintenance and repairs on equipment, buildings, and property. Employee must be a team player with strong communication skills with a good work ethic. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving is required. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer's discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer's discretion.
Employer will conduct post-hire random drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools, and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
