Senior Copilot AI Consultant

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Copilot AI Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-powered productivity solutions using
• Microsoft Copilot and related technologies. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users to identify opportunities for AI integration, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Strategy

• Partner with clients and internal teams to assess business needs and identify AI use cases.
• Develop and present AI adoption roadmaps, Copilot integration strategies, and ROI models.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AI services.

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Lead the configuration and customization of Microsoft Copilot across Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Collaborate with developers and data engineers to integrate Copilot with enterprise data sources and workflows.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with governance and compliance standards.

Training & Change Management:

• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and documentation to drive user adoption.
• Act as a change agent to promote AI literacy and responsible AI usage across the organization.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

• Define KPIs and success metrics for Copilot deployments.
• Continuously monitor usage, gather feedback, and iterate solutions to maximize value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI consulting, or enterprise IT.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Copilot capabilities.
• Experience with Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Graph API is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
