Essential Functions and Duties:

Lead a crew of skilled tradespeople, fostering a culture of excellence and respect

Coordinate daily tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progress to keep projects on schedule

Work closely with subcontractors to ensure seamless execution and quality

Interpret blueprints, schedules, and project plans

Enforce safety protocols, maintaining an organized and secure job site

Collaborate openly with project managers, inspectors, and clients to ensure clear communication

Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment efficiently

Solve challenges proactively, keeping projects moving forward

Provide timely reports on labor, progress, and any potential obstacles

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role

Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, with an eye for detail and quality

Proven leadership abilities and a commitment to mentoring others

Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors

Proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfort with basic project tracking tools or apps

Valid driver's license (company truck provided)
