4c Builds is looking for a skilled Lead Carpenter to run job sites and work hands-on with our crew. We build high-quality residential remodels and new homes throughout the Flathead Valley - including Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, and Bigfork.

You'll manage day-to-day site operations, work directly with a small crew, and take projects from framing through finish.

Pay & Benefits
$35 - $45/hour based on experience

What You Bring
5+ years of residential carpentry experience
1+ years in a lead or foreman role
Solid skills in framing, trim, finish, and more
Good communication and leadership on-site
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

What You'll Do
Lead on-site work and manage a crew
Read and follow plans and blueprints
Perform all aspects of residential carpentry
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Keep the site clean, safe, and productive
Track timelines, quality, and materials
Mentor apprentices and laborers
