We're hiring a Carpenter to join our crew. You'll work on high-quality home builds and remodels throughout the Flathead Valley, from framing to finish work.

$25 - $35/hour based on experience

What You'll Do
Perform framing, siding, trim, cabinetry, and finish work
Read and follow blueprints and work orders
Work alongside lead carpenters and project managers
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Maintain tools and equipment
Help guide apprentices when needed

What You Bring
3+ years of experience in residential construction
Skilled with hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet all day
