Job Title: Architect Python Django Developer (Remote)
Location: Fully remote position
Job Description:
In this role, you will take a
strategic lead in architecting, building, and scaling
the core infrastructure of our platform. You will drive high-impact initiatives including
cloud infrastructure automation
,
service architecture optimization
,
observability tooling
, and
CI/CD pipeline design
, ensuring our systems are
robust, secure, and engineered for scale
.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and evolve backend architecture using
Python, Django
, and
AWS cloud services
Define and implement infrastructure automation and deployment strategies using tools like
Terraform
Lead efforts to enhance platform scalability, security, and reliability
Mentor development teams and ensure best practices in DevOps and infrastructure-as-code
Oversee observability and performance tuning of backend services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on
Python and Django
Deep hands-on experience in
AWS
(EC2, S3, CloudFront, SQS, DynamoDB, RDS/Aurora)
Proven experience designing and managing scalable infrastructure in production
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Expertise in
Terraform
or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
Familiarity with
React.js
and
TypeScript
for frontend collaboration (30% front-end involvement)
