Saw Operator - 2nd Shift

Starting Pay: $20+/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

Hours: 4:00PM - 3:30AM, M-TH

At PVS Structures, we don't just shape steelwe shape the future. We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Saw Operator to join our fabrication team on 2nd shift. If you've got experience operating saws in a production or fabrication environment and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

You'll be part of our Small Parts Fabrication team, cutting steel to precise dimensions that feed into large-scale structural steel projects. You'll work from blueprints and work orders, using industrial saws and measuring tools to ensure accuracy, quality, and safety on every job.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

* Operating industrial saws to cut steel and other materials to size

* Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders

* Measuring materials using tape measures, calipers, and other tools

* Performing basic saw setup and adjustments based on material and job requirements

* Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe

* Assisting your team in maintaining steady workflow and meeting daily production targets

* Following all safety procedures related to material handling, crane use, and saw operation

What You'll Bring:

* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

* 6+ months operating saws or similar cutting equipment

* The ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

* Good math skills and attention to detail

* A team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic

Bonus Points For:

* Forklift experience

* Overhead crane experience

* Strong communication skills

* A willingness to cross-train and grow in other fabrication roles
