Note: The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5 X 8's
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, rooftop units, and ventilation systems.
• Perform system inspections, tune-ups, and preventative maintenance to ensure peak efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
• Accurately troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings and recommendations to clients in clear, professional terms.

Qualifications:

• Be eligible to work in the United States
• Have 3+ years of HVAC service experience (both residential and light commercial preferred)
• Brazing / Soldering experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Tools of the trade and the ability to bring them to the jobsite
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation EPA 608 Certification (Required)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
