Project Manager - Team 2

Are you a natural leader passionate about construction and restoration? We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee and manage in-field communications, scheduling, deliveries, organization, and new builds for our roofing insurance restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee 3 to 4 crews daily via CRM, Texts, Emails, and more
Schedule evaluations, installations, and Roofing/Siding installs with our clients.
Manage client questions, comments, and concerns with your projects.
Transform job plans from paper to digital formats using tools like Company Cam and maintain a digital office dashboard.
Handle change orders, missing material orders, permitting, and more
Address customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
Create meeting agendas and manage operational tasks like lien waivers and installer onboarding.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with AccuLynx is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills for scheduling, building projects, and communicating with team members, and crews.
Must be tech savvy!
Proficiency in maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
Ability to create and implement efficient time management strategies.
Experience with employee scheduling based on business needs.
