Job Description
Albemarle is hiring for a Construction Coordinator. This position is located on site in Silver Peak, NV.
What You Will Do
Active participation in applicable daily safety tailgates
Manage daily activities for all contractors
Assist in the writing of Safe Work Plans
Routine (weekly) construction schedule reviews
Schedule all contractor work activities in accordance with site contractor safety program (security notifications, SWP's, JSA's, etc.)
Construction monitoring / support as required by project schedules
Daily and weekly reporting of all construction activities
What You Bring
Required:
Minimum of 10 years of direct capital project construction management experience in manufacturing with multiple concurrent projects
Project management experience is a plus
Preferred:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in remote settings with minimal oversight
Experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors
