Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for a Construction Coordinator. This position is located on site in Silver Peak, NV.

What You Will Do

• Active participation in applicable daily safety tailgates
• Manage daily activities for all contractors
• Assist in the writing of Safe Work Plans
• Routine (weekly) construction schedule reviews
• Schedule all contractor work activities in accordance with site contractor safety program (security notifications, SWP's, JSA's, etc.)
• Construction monitoring / support as required by project schedules
• Daily and weekly reporting of all construction activities

What You Bring

Required:

• Minimum of 10 years of direct capital project construction management experience in manufacturing with multiple concurrent projects
• Project management experience is a plus

Preferred:

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in remote settings with minimal oversight
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external contractors
