Saw Operator wanted! 1st Shift M-Th! Up to $26/hr

Job Description

This role involves operating the saw and assisting welders with fitting tasks. Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication equipment is crucial, and candidates should be eager to learn how to operate the machine. While setup skills are not mandatory, proficiency in operating machinery and working with sheet metal is essential. Additional duties include measuring metals and operating a hoist.

Responsibilities

• Operate the saw and assist welders with fitting tasks.

• Work with sheet metal and fabrication equipment.

• Measure metals accurately and run a hoist.

• Operate a forklift as required.

Essential Skills

• Experience with fabrication and sheet metal.

• Forklift operation experience.

• Proficiency in sheet metal machine operating.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with CNC, shear, drill press, laser, burner, machine operating, and burn table.

• Experience with plating.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
