This role is best suited for someone who thrives in the field - conducting site visits, coordinating closely with contractors, and ensuring that what gets built matches the design intent. You'll be the firm's eyes and ears on site, balancing problem-solving with efficiency and attention to detail. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors and consultants during construction. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project documents. Lead and document site meetings, prepare meeting notes, and respond to RFIs. Review shop drawings, submittals, and mockups for alignment with approved plans. Identify and resolve construction issues in collaboration with the design team. Coordinate with the Project Architect to ensure that documentation is clear, complete, and aligned with field conditions. Manage project schedules and budgets in coordination with firm leadership. Requirements 5+ years of professional architecture experience, including construction administration. Demonstrated ability to manage contractor relationships and resolve on-site issues. Ability to research and understand product specifications for installation on site. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Rhino and Revit a plus. Excellent organizational skills and clear communication, both verbal and written.
