Construction Assistant Project Manager

Konik is partnered with a growing curtainwall and glazingpany who is adding an Assistant Project Manager formercial projects

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities

Ensure projects of all sizes arepleted on time and on budget

Assist in analyzing curtainwall specifications to determine design qualifications

Assist in the drafting process with shop drawing reviews and submittals

Perform project close outs and assist Project Managers in project duties

Assistant Project Manager Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate Degree (or equivalent technical training)

2+ years of project management experience in curtainwall/glazing (will consider less for strong candidates).

Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Stronganizational skills
