Enterprise Project Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale, complex initiatives within the healthcare industry. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare project management, with expertise in CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) and the ability to guide high-performing teams to successful outcomes. This role is fully remote. Candidates must be located in Oregon, Washington, Utah, or Idaho. Enterprise Project Manager Responsibilities Lead large-scale and concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones, while proactively managing risks, scope, and resources. Assemble and direct cross-functional project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring clear communication. Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members in project management best practices. Utilize established project management methodologies to deliver quality results and maintain compliance with standards. Facilitate effective collaboration among sponsors, partners, and technical teams to implement solutions. Identify, analyze, and resolve project issues, recommending corrective actions to ensure success. Enterprise Project Manager Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years' progressive project management experience leading large-scale initiatives ($1M+ budgets, teams of 10+). Healthcare industry background required, with direct CMS Risk Adjustment Data Validation (RADV) experience. Certificate in Project Management preferred; PMP certification is a strong plus. Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK principles and experience with project management tools. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and requirements, while delivering measurable results. Skilled in risk assessment, mitigation planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
