Project Manager - Studio Experiences Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Studio Experiences to help drive innovation, adoption, and optimization of digital tools that support product visualization throughout the apparel and footwear creation process. This role will work closely with technical creatives, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences, improve workflows, and identify opportunities for process and tool enhancements. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and able to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment. This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon. Project Manager - Studio Experiences Responsibilities: Oversee integration and user adoption of existing digital visualization tools, ensuring smooth onboarding and consistent usage across teams. Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners to improve product visualization workflows throughout the creation lifecycle. Identify and implement process improvements, tool enhancements, and new feature opportunities based on user feedback and data insights. Partner with technical, creative, and operational teams to troubleshoot issues and document best practices. Lead documentation and training efforts to promote consistent, efficient workflows and knowledge sharing. Participate in and coordinate cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables. Manage workload priorities by monitoring communication channels, tracking deadlines, and supporting timely delivery of projects. Contribute to the development of product roadmaps, defining requirements, user flows, and measurable objectives. Project Manager - Studio Experiences Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in project with the ability to manage multiple teams and contribute to strategic planning. At least 1 year of experience in the apparel or footwear industry, or related education/professional background providing industry context. Strong problem-solving skills, with a self-starter mindset and the ability to drive innovation. Experience creating user stories, epics, and product specifications. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for workflow and project tracking. Proven ability to work collaboratively across technical, creative, and operational teams. Comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining a process-driven approach. Excellent communication skills and a bias toward action and progress over perfection. Compensation: Up to $43.33/hr.
