(Park Rapids) compensation: $20 per hour and minimum $50 if you have to make trip to property I have a cabin on lake, a house on lake Emma and a lot on Little Sand Lake. I need periodic help with projects and someone that can fix issues when I am out of town. Need references and will do background check.
