About the Role
Oracle Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Metrics Architect to design and manage a performance measurement strategy that enables data-driven decision-making across our security program. This role will define how we measure progress, communicate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvementsupporting operational discipline, regulatory readiness, and strategic alignment across a federated enterprise.
Youll work closely with security leaders, risk teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver metrics that matter bridging the gap between technical execution and executive insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a unified cybersecurity metrics framework aligned to strategic priorities, operational performance, and risk reduction.
Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across core security domains, including identity, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance, and product security.
Design and deliver dashboards and reports that meet the needs of both technical and executive audiences.
Partner across teams to source, normalize, and validate data from various systems and tools.
Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decisions and investment planning.
Establish governance processes for data quality, refresh cadence, and metric ownership.
Candidate Profile:
7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, analytics, or data-driven program management.
Prefer strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics
Experience designing dashboards, reports, or performance scorecards for security or technology organizations.
Familiarity with statistical concepts and comfort interpreting trends, variance, and correlation in data.
Ability to synthesize technical data into concise, compelling business insights.
Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls).
Experience working across teams in a large, complex organization; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracles differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
