About the Role

Oracle Health is seeking a Cybersecurity Metrics Architect to design and manage a performance measurement strategy that enables data-driven decision-making across our security program. This role will define how we measure progress, communicate effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement-supporting operational discipline, regulatory readiness, and strategic alignment across a federated enterprise.

You'll work closely with security leaders, risk teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver metrics that matter bridging the gap between technical execution and executive insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a unified cybersecurity metrics framework aligned to strategic priorities, operational performance, and risk reduction.
  • Define and standardize key performance indicators (KPIs) across core security domains, including identity, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance, and product security.
  • Design and deliver dashboards and reports that meet the needs of both technical and executive audiences.
  • Partner across teams to source, normalize, and validate data from various systems and tools.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that support strategic decisions and investment planning.
  • Establish governance processes for data quality, refresh cadence, and metric ownership.

Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, analytics, or data-driven program management.
  • Prefer strong proficiency in Oracle Analytics
  • Experience designing dashboards, reports, or performance scorecards for security or technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts and comfort interpreting trends, variance, and correlation in data.
  • Ability to synthesize technical data into concise, compelling business insights.
  • Understanding of common security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls).
  • Experience working across teams in a large, complex organization; healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred.
