What You'll Do Install commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, etc.) Remove old roofing and prep surfaces Load/unload materials and tools Operate hand and power tools safely Assist with waterproofing, flashing, and sealing Maintain a clean and safe job site Support the crew with general labor tasks What We're Looking For No roofing experience requiredjust a strong work ethic Comfortable working at heights and outdoors Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites OSHA 10 certification is a plus (not required) Why Work With Us?
