We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee municipal and government construction projects in Enfield, CT and surrounding areas. Work may be sporadic some weeks may only require 1 day on-site, while others could require multiple days depending on project needs.

Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for public/government projects

Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers

Monitor progress, maintain site documentation, and report to management

Enforce OSHA safety standards on-site

Requirements:

Previous experience supervising construction projects (public/government experience preferred)

Knowledge of construction practices, site safety, and project coordination

OSHA-10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Reliable transportation to project sites in the Enfield, CT area
