Your day as an Estimator
As an Estimator at Marous Brothers Construction, you will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates. You'll begin your day by reviewing project requirements and communicating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure all details are captured. Expect to conduct thorough material and labor cost assessments, utilizing industry-leading software and tools.
Collaborating with subcontractors to gather quotes and validating those estimates will be a key part of your routine. You'll also participate in pre-bid meetings, ensuring that all elements are considered and potential challenges are addressed. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and preparing detailed reports will be essential as you work to meet tight deadlines while upholding the company's commitment to quality and integrity.
