This job order is for a temporary/seasonal position in: (Tyrone, Ok.)Title: Agricultural Equipment OperatorDates of Contract: 02/20/2025 to 12/15/2025Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00am - 7:00pmDuties: We need seasonal employees to assist with 15,000-acres grainproduction. Employees will need to assist with raising corn, wheat,beans, cotton and sorghum. Job duties will include: prepare fields forplanting, attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, orharvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools, operate tractors,planters, sprayers, seed drills, irrigation equipment, operate otherfarm equipment, engage in planting, weeding, spraying and/orharvesting activities, fertilize, dust, and spray crops, install,maintain and repair pivot irrigation systems, manipulate controls to set,activate, and adjust mechanisms on machinery, mix specified materials orchemicals, and dump solutions, powders, or seeds into machinery,observe and listen to machinery operation to detect equipment malfunctions,operate equipment to harvest crops, complete maintenance and repairs onirrigation equipment, drive farm-trucks to haul crops, supplies, andtools, inspect, adjust, and complete routine maintenance and repairs onequipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDLrequirement for farm trucking. No commercial or heavy truck driving isrequired. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevityand/or experience at employer s discretion. Employer may provide performance boRequirements: Job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must beable to lift 75 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license.
