Pay: $25.00/hour + per diem for out of town Job Sites
Hours: Monday - Friday from 7am - 4:30pm - Must be available to work later hours pending the project/scope, IF/WHEN mandated by client

We are seeking a Drywall Carpenter for a Temp-Hire position for our client, a commercial construction company that specializes in steel stud framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilings located in Eugene, OR. The Drywall Carpenter will install, mud, tape, finish and texture drywall both "in-house" and "on-site". As a Drywall Carpenter, you will be responsible for:
Drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and drywall framing
Measure and cut drywall for installation according to build specifications
Attach sheets to wall stud frames
Use hand and power tools to sand panels and remove irregularities
Install, mud, tape, finish and texture drywall both "in-house" and "on-site"
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Ability to work outdoors rain or shine
Ability to be on feet up to 8 hours a day
No prior grounds-keeping required, but is preferred
Must be vaccinated
