Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled **Welder Fabricator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal structures or components according to blueprints, specifications, and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine project requirements.- Fabricate and assemble metal parts and structures using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.- Cut, grind, and shape metal materials to precise dimensions and specifications.- Operate welding equipment and tools such as grinders, drills, saws, and press machines.- Ensure that all fabricated parts are correctly aligned, assembled, and welded to meet safety and quality standards.- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for accuracy and adherence to specifications.- Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools.- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE).- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet deadlines.- Troubleshoot and repair welded structures and components as needed.**Qualifications:**- Proven experience as a welder fabricator or in a similar role.- Proficient in MIG, or TIG,- Strong knowledge of welding equipment, materials, and safety procedures.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity.- High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred.
