Bridge Superintendent - Upstate NY $140K + Benefits | Bridge & Heavy Civil Projects We are partnering with a top civil contractor to hire an experienced Bridge Superintendent to oversee large-scale bridge projects in Upstate New York . Key Responsibilities: Lead field crews and ensure safety standards are met (OSHA compliance) Create and manage daily and two-week schedules Supervise subcontractors and ensure productivity Manage project costs and work with PM on budget adherence Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and attend project meetings Document daily reports, safety meetings, and progress updates Qualifications: 5+ years in bridge/heavy civil field supervision Strong leadership, safety, and project management skills Proficient in HCSS Heavy Job, MS Project, and project documentation Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) in Construction Tech or Civil Engineering If you're looking for a rewarding leadership role with a growing contractor, let's connect!
