Draftsman

We are currently looking to fill a Draftsman position with a manufacturing company in the Tulsa, OK area. Are you detail-driven, experienced in technical drawing, and familiar with manufacturing standards such as ASME and TEMA? Our client, a respected manufacturer of shell and tube heat exchangers, is seeking a Draftsman to join their engineering team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring production drawings are accurate, compliant, and ready for fabrication. Pay: $25$35/hr DOE Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed fabrication drawings for shell and tube heat exchangers

• Complete Code Data Reports for each exchanger project

• Perform basic design work on non-code parts not assigned to the Product Designer

• Finalize tube layouts including tie rods, seal bars, and dummy tube locations

• Validate all drawings for compliance with ASME code, TEMA standards, and other applicable regulations

• Ensure drawings align with user-defined specifications and manufacturing capabilities

• Occasionally assist on the shop floor with measurements or inspections
