Description

The CAD technicians will be on a team supporting conceptual site layouts, parcel planning, and preliminary utility, roadway, and grading concepts using AutoCAD Civil 3D. Mainly responsible for translating engineering and planned mark-ups into CAD drawings and site plans. All day drafting/designing data center projects while working closely with civil engineers and planners to visualize site layouts during early due diligence and planning phases.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret zoning ordinances and planning criteria is a nice to have

Produce test fit layouts for large campuses, integrating data on zoning setbacks, wetlands, access roads, and utility corridors

Assist with gathering and interpreting site data, zoning information, and environmental constraints

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
