Painter: Residential and Commerical Properties

2 positions available:
1. Journeyman painter
2. Apprentice painter with some experience

For residential and commercial properties. Must be able to provide verifiable work experience.

Both positions require, reliable transportation and be dependable and punctual. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be fluent in English. Must be able to lift heavy ladders, safely. Must be able perform duties while working on ladders, safely. No drug use of any kind permitted. Looking for full-time employees ONLY. Pay depends on experience and will be determined once verified on a job site. Not looking to subcontract work out. Mostly perform work in King County (Bellevue, Kirkland, Issaquah, Redmond, Woodinville, Green Lake) and Snohomish County (Mukilteo, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Bothell, Lake Stevens and Snohomish). We do not travel any further, beyond those areas listed. MUST be local to the areas listed above.
