CAD/BIM Drafter

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a CAD/BIM Drafter to join a growing and successful team located in Baltimore, MD.

Responsibilities of the CAD/BIM Drafter:

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to drawings and models.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the drafting and modeling process.
• Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Perform checks to ensure models meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Organize and maintain digital databases for storing BIM files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.

Qualifications of the CAD/BIM Drafter:

• Two years of experience in computer operation for engineering design programs preferred (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD).
• Strong skills in using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools are essential.
• Knowledge of architectural and engineering concepts helps in creating accurate and functional designs.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues that arise during the drafting and modeling process is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree in drafting, architecture, engineering technology, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation of the CAD/BIM Drafter:

• Salary range: $40,000-60,000
