Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Materials Scheduler to join their team. As a Materials Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Materials Scheduler

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

Oversee the forecasting, planning, scheduling, and workflow processes.

Collaborate daily with operations, procurement, and logistics to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Review order quantities and confirm inventory needs 1-3 weeks in advance by communicating the production schedule for each product.

Analyze current and future material levels and finished goods inventory to plan production schedules for 2-16 weeks out.

Produce reports based on findings and production performance.

What's Needed?

Experience with SAP ERP system or equivalent ERP systems.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (MS Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Strong communication skills in technical work environments.

Ability to earn trust and maintain positive and professional relationships.

High accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
