Painter / Drywall Laborer - Entry Level Location: Dakota & Scott County Areas - Metro (Assigned Near Your Home When Possible) Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift Position Overview: We are seeking entry-level candidates to join a growing team of residential painters and drywall repair professionals. No experience? No problem we'll train you! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling locally, and being part of a dependable, hard-working crew. Key Responsibilities: Assist with painting and spray painting residential homes Perform basic drywall repairs Occasionally lift and haul drywall into residential units Use hand tools and basic painting equipment Drive your own vehicle from site to site (you'll be reimbursed for mileage) What We're Looking For: No prior experience required - just a good attitude and willingness to learn Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs (typically paint or light drywall) Ability to walk, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the workday Dependable and punctual Able to travel locally to job sites in the Dakota and Scott County areas Willing to work in both interior and exterior residential environments Perks of the Job: Mileage reimbursement between job sites You'll be assigned to job locations near your home when possible On-the-job training provided Room to grow with the company
