Job Summary:

The Welder Fabricator uses specialized equipment to weld and assemble new metal forms according to detailed blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture and fabricate finished metal products.

Calculate materials measurements to verify specifications.

Follow blueprints to meet product specifications.

Ensure all fabricated components meet and exceed quality requirements.

Install and repair various equipment and components.

Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.

Competencies:

Tig (preferred) and Mig welding.

Knowledge of welding safety and best practices

Strong communication skills with co-workers and management.

Ability to read and review blueprints and technical documents,

Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills,

Requirements:

Previous experience in Tig welding, manufacturing or other related fields.

Proficient in Tig and Mig welding stainless and carbon steel.

Familiarity with welding equipment, tools, and procedures.

Ability to read engineering blueprints and schematics.

Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 75 pounds.
