What Youll Do
Service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems (RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, etc.)

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and control system issues

Support or install building automation and control systems (training provided)

Perform preventative maintenance and inspections

Interface professionally with clients and job sites

Learn and grow into advanced areas like energy efficiency, controls, and smart system integration

What Were Looking For
3+ years of commercial HVAC experience

Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical components, and diagnostics

Willingness to learn new systems, including controls and software

EPA Universal Certification required

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Positive attitude and team player mindset
