HVAC Installation Superintendent

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Residential & Commerical HVAC Installation Experience
• High School Diploma or greater.
• HVAC On-site Managment Experiance
• Has Led 5 or more HVAC Installers
• Must be able to handle muilple HVAC Projects
• HVAC Installation Field Experiance a Must
• New Construction HVAC Experiance
• HVAC State License a Plus
• Must have strong skillset of HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
• Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
• Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
• Excellent work ethic is a must!
• Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
• Must have stable background/work history to be considered for this position
