Junior Construction Scheduler

A Junior Construction Scheduler / Scheduling Coordinator is needed for a leading construction organization in the Mesa, AZ area. The Junior Construction Scheduler / Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development and management of large commercial construction projects.

Qualified candidate must have 1+ years' of experience supporting construction scheduling or project coordination, preferably on commercial projects. Familiarity with Primavera P6 is rquired. Candidates should also demonstrate organizational and communication skills to effectively support the scheduling team and project stakeholders. Relocation is available for qualified candidates.

responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and maintenance of construction project schedules using Primavera P6
  
  
• Help facilitate schedule update meetings through site walks or input from superintendents
  
  
• Contribute to the development of schedule narratives that outline project status
  
  
• Learn to create and modify layouts in P6, and help generate reports that highlight key schedule updates and variances
  
  
• Support the team by filtering and organizing schedule data by trade, time frame, or area to aid daily project planning
