Ironmark Building Co. is looking for a detail oriented, organized, and professional Project Coordinator to join our team in the Phoenix area! You will coordinate various duties for Project Managers and Project Engineers, maintaining and scheduling projects according to strict deadlines and project requirements while assisting with the resolution of project demands.

What youll do:
To be a successful Project Coordinator, a candidate must be incredibly detail-oriented, not letting anything fall through the cracks. The successful Project Coordinator must be exceptional at executing the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Engineers on project files and records
- Collect data and prepare project reports, graphs, tables, and other information
- Analyze the operating practices including recordkeeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements
- Assist throughout contract processes. Set up contract tracking, edit when necessary, and distribute to team.
- Track and input insurance information.
- Maintain logs and meeting minutes for multiple jobs through all phases of each project.
- Assist with the administrative steps in the start-up process for each job.
- Assist Project Managers to properly prepare for project closeout process.
- Prepare delivery tickets and purchase orders, transmit completed purchase orders to vendors.
- Answer in-bound calls from customers and employees to assess their needs.
- Proactively review and update processes to increase efficiency.
- Work as a team player and contribute to the project team as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned
- Provide back-up coverage to front desk administrative position.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), 1 3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
- Experience reading and interpreting documents such as plans and project specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Procore, BlueBeam, and On-Screen Takeoff is helpful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact well with others
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities within established deadlines
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
