Crane Operator - 1st Shift

Pro Resources has partnered with a local fabricator of I-Beams in Columbia City, and we're looking for a crane operator. Hours: 1st Shift: 7a m 3p m Pay: $ 18 /hour Previous experience is not necessary, but preferred as they are willing to train the right individual. Job Description: This position would entail operating a crane and/or fork truck to load and unload the I-Beams being delivered. Essential Functions: Must be willing to work outside in the elements Utilize crane to load and unload I-Beams Utilize large fork truck to move smaller I-Beams Work as part of the team Follow all company rules and policies Follow all safety rules Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency Qualifications: Ability to understand and comply with quality & safety standards Ability to lift and manipulate up to 50lbs Ability to perform simple math Attire & PPE: Steel toes/metatarsals, jeans, t-shirts, hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection Environment: Inside and Outside (not temp controlled) - Construction/Heavy industrial.
