Exterior cladding company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this office-based role, you'll be the central hub for our project managers, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial quote to final inspection.
Responsibilities:
Partner with project managers to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
Assist with drafting and sending professional project emails to clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Track and manage project follow-up items, ensuring all tasks are completed and deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, material lists, warranties etc.
Process material orders and track deliveries to avoid delays (coordination with internal teams).
Generate reports and presentations for project managers to keep them and clients informed.
Research and compile industry data and resources to support project needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional writing style for emails.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, BlueBeam (or equivalent), SiteMax)
Experience with scheduling tools and construction documents is preferred.
