Immediately hiring a CNC Machine Operator in Boothwyn PA We're seeking a CNC Machine Operator for a custom architectural facades manufacturing company in the Boothwyn, Pa area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience 1- 3 years of CNC machining experience with a focus on setup, operations and metal fabrication. If you are interested, please submit your application! All qualified candidates will be contacted Shift/Pay: 5 Days a week 5:00AM - 1:30PM@ Monday-Friday (Morning) 1:30PM - 10:00PM@ Monday-Friday (Afternoon) Pay $23-$27 depending on experience Environment: Work in a temperature-controlled and clean shop environment that prioritizes safety The Machine Operator will ensure that the machining duration meets production standards. This role involves operating machinery efficiently, performing setups, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring quality control. Responsibilities Operate machinery as per the operating instructions and ensure efficient production processes. Perform machine setups (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle. Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed) to meet quality and efficiency standards. Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines and ensure continuous supply without interruptions. Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Test the operation of machines periodically to guarantee their smooth running. Maintain activity logs and report on daily production volumes and quality. Troubleshoot problems during machine operation and perform basic repairs and maintenance when necessary. Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment. Always adhere to safety guidelines and company regulations. Communicate any machine malfunctions or irregularities to the immediate supervisor for timely resolution. Monitor and manage inventory of materials and parts needed for machine operation. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with machine technology and operation techniques. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency. Have working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure, etc.) and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals. Skills Machine operation Manufacturing experience Ability to read a tape measure Ability to monitor machine producing equipment Understanding of production procedures Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., constant use of protective gear) Analytical skills and attention to detail Teamwork and communication skills Ability to follow written and oral instructions Familiarity with control operations and automated equipment Basic computer and mathematical skills Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, if required Proven experience as a machine operator Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks Additional Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a fabrication machine shop Why Work Here?
