Handyman Wanted $50/hr West Vancouver
Were looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to assist with light renovations and repairs once a week in a residential setting near the Caulfield exit in West Vancouver.
Requirements:
-Must have your own vehicle and tools
-Experience as a Handy Man, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
-Solid understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems.
-Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
-Good physical condition and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
-Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
-Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
-Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
-Inspecting and troubleshooting systems and equipment (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) to identify issues and recommend solutions.
-Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
-Conducting general cleaning and upkeep of the property, including both buildings and grounds.
-Collaborating with contractors and other professionals on larger repair or renovation projects.
Pay & Hours:
-$50 per hour
-2 to5 hours per day, once a week (will vary based on work needed around the property)
-Once per week, between 8AM 4PM, Monday to Friday (flexible scheduling within that window)
This position would be ideal for a semi-retired person and/or someone looking to make a little extra money.
