As the Recreation Site Maintenance Foreman, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising a wide array of projects within these captivating locations in southern Cassia County, Idaho. Your responsibilities will encompass the management and maintenance of these interconnected sites, which are renowned for their awe-inspiring granite spires, rich history, and outdoor recreational opportunities.

The Recreation Site Maintenance Foreman plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management and maintenance of park facilities within the National Park Service and IDPR . Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, this position involves a diverse range of responsibilities, from supervising construction projects and major deferred maintenance repairs to representing the interests of the superintendent and related agencies to the public, media, and stakeholder organizations. The Foreman also collaboratively develops work plans and seeks partnership opportunities to enhance revenue, visitation, and the preservation of the Reserve/Parks significant values. Additionally, they recommend strategies, manage budgets, and oversee asset improvement programs, including FMSS initiatives. With a strong commitment to asset maintenance and a keen eye for evaluating facility conditions, the Recreation Site Maintenance Foreman is an integral part of the park management team, contributing to the overall success and preservation of these natural and cultural treasures.
