Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee healthcare, education, and municipality construction projects, including build-outs and ground-up developments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in one or more of these sectors. This role requires hands-on leadership to manage all field activities, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Oversight:
Supervise all aspects of construction from pre-construction through project completion.
Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and client requirements.
2.Industry-Specific Expertise:
Healthcare: Adhere to infection control protocols (ICRA) and minimize disruptions to operational facilities.
Education: Manage projects around occupied campuses, focusing on safety and minimal interference.
Municipality: Ensure compliance with government regulations and standards.
3.Team Leadership:
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
4.Quality & Safety:
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting routine site inspections.
Review project deliverables to meet high-quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years as a Superintendent in healthcare, education, or municipality construction.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Certifications:
OSHA 30 required. ICRA and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera).
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
