Estimator/Take-Off Insulated Metal Panel

Established Long Island based Insulated Metal Panel (Kingspan/Metl-Span/GreenSpan) Construction firm seeks an experience individual with a minimum of 8 to 10 years experience to join our team. Must have proven track record with estimating cost. Must be able to read Blueprints and perform a quality take-off on Insulated Metal Panels, Cold Storage Doors, Sub-Slab Insulation, and Accessories for Estimating Cost. THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE. Looking for Mid to Senior Level. Salary is Based on Experience within our Industry. Will train the right person with an extensive background in our field.

Required: Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift.
