This role requires craftsmanship, independence, and professionalism not someone who needs micromanaging.

REQUIREMENTS
715+ years of residential painting experience

Mastery in prep, repair, priming, and finish systems

Skilled with latex, oil, hybrid, lacquer, and clear coats

Cabinet refinishing experience (spray systems, adhesion, sanding)

Expertise in:

Sprayers (HVLP/airless)

Fillers, caulks, epoxies

Sanding systems (Festool/Mirka)

Masking, sequencing, surface inspection

Clean, professional appearance and behavior

Valid drivers license, insured vehicle, personal tools

Non-smoking, respectful, and dependable

WHAT YOULL DO
Interior/exterior painting in residential homes

Cabinet and furniture refinishing

Full prep: sanding, filling, caulking, priming

Spraying & brushing fine finishes

Work in occupied spaces clean, polite, organized

Lead small jobs, coach junior painters

Maintain job timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
